The Beaver Pond
Painted in a nature reserve area in Litchfield Connecticut. The Beaver's had been hard at work reshaping the landscape. Probably farm land at one time. Hard to get to as well, it took at least 10 minutes to carry everything to the scene including a bag lunch. The rich colors, especially the shock of blue sky reflected in the water really adds to the' strength of the composition.
